FAQs and Troubleshooting
1. I just purchased my pattern, where is it?
Upon purchase, a download link will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. If you can't find the email, please check your JUNK or SPAM folder. Alternatively, you can log in to your account (if you have one) and access the download link from there at any time.
2. But I didn’t create an account?
No worries! Creating an account is not mandatory for checking out. You should have received a download link in the email provided during the purchase process.
3. My pattern won’t print or has lines on it?
If you encounter printing issues with your pattern, please follow these steps:
a. When your printer tab pops open, click on "Advanced Printer Settings".
b. Check the option that says "Print as Image".
c. If the issue persists, ensure that you are using the latest version of Adobe Reader to open the pattern file, and that your printer driver is up to date.
d. Try re-downloading the pattern and attempt printing again.
