Is Annaluciadesign4u still shipping orders?
Yes. We continue to monitor updates from federal, state/provincial, and local officials to ensure we can get craft supplies to you safely and effectively— we recognize this is a time when many of us need them most. In line with government guidance, we are continuing to operate our online retail activities on Annaluciadesign4u.com. For the time being, online orders are still open, encouraged, and being shipped as promptly as possible.

 

Will there be a delay with my parcel?
Because of the increased volume and extra precautions taken at every stage of your order’s journey, you should expect some delays with your parcel. Please allow an extra 1-3 business days for your order to arrive even on orders with Expedited Shipping selected.

Will I be charged customs & Duties when I receive my package? 
If your order is shipping outside the Contiguous Europe, your shipment may be eligible for customs, duties and/or additional taxes depending upon the laws of your particular country. Annaluciadesign4u does not collect any of these at time of payment and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
